Don't invite either. You don't need someone at your party who truly doesn't like you for you. Although the first person you mentioned said that they love you, the fact that they went around with some other person shows that they really don't appreciate you or like you for who you are. So I wouldn't worry about having a date (if that is what you're asking). I think that inviting either (as a date) would take away from you having a fun party. Instead, I would suggest inviting another friend instead. Hope I could help! :)
