So, my sweet sixteen is next May (no harm in planning early) and like a lot of people, I'm flat broke but still wanna have an awesome party. I don't necessarily want to have the entire school at it, so it's probably just gonna be my circle of friends, which doesn't really go into the triple digits. Pretty much, how can i only have a small group of people but still party like a rockstar?
