How to have a awesome sweet 16 but not spend so much? my theme is pink in beach because instead of gifts to me its going to be doations to the breast cancer awarness fund thats where the pink part comes in and i love the beach so its still going to have that vibe to it but i don't want to spend alot of money but i want it to look like i did so any ideas?
