Is a Winter Wonderland theme for my party appropriate? My daddy owns an ice rink, which i will have a private party there.

In my opinion, it's very much appropriate. It's in December, it'll be at an ice rink, it completely works! Make sure to get blue and white colors, they go well with Winter. =]
