I'm doing a "Sugary Sweet 16 Candy Shop" theme for my birthday, but i really want my guests and everything to be semi- formal. Any ideas on how to make the candy theme more formal and less kidish?

I reccomend having ur invites stating its a semi-formal event. Also by the way you display your candy could add to the formal aspect. Your centerpieces could hold m&ms and your linens could be candy color oriented.
