i need ideas for some cheap yet awsome ideas because i want to make my party like circus theme. i'm not really favoring the idea of clowns too much tho... haha. i have a low budget so help!

Circus Themes are ALWAYS Fun!
And if you're strapped for cash, you may consider allowing your guests to become part of the decor. Have your guests come in either face make-up or full costume, in their favorite circus animal. And you NATURALLY will be the ringmaster!
