how do i plan my 16th? so i want to have a super sweet 16 that is totally fabulous. i'm not incredibly wealthy, so there's a budget. and i live in a small town. my highschool is pretty big though. and im not a total looser. so i was just going to give invatioans to everyone and make it a "show up if you want" but i don't want it to be a total bust. a little help anyone?

well, pick your theme and what you want to do for the party first off. I'm not sure how your seating will be, but try to invite people you know or that you atleast say hi to lol. My seating is limited so I can only invite so many people. And you have to make sure you have enough food for everyone and things like that, so its sorta less expensive to invite a certain amount of people in my point of view.
