i need ideas for some cheap yet awsome ideas because i want to make my party like circus theme. i'm not really favoring the idea of clowns too much tho... haha. i have a low budget so help!

i am not fat but i don't have a flat tummy. I'm not even really chubby. I just have a small gut. but i'm really self-conscious about it and i want a dress that will be able to make up for it/ hide it well and still look awsome. Any ideas?

I have until February to get all the money i need. I really want it to be an awsome party but i don't want to put my family in debt. I need some fast ways to earn money. I'm not gunna ask for anything on christmas so hopefully i can save money there... i just hope it's worth giving up christmas for. I want to have an awsome party for the day i've been waiting for since i turned 10. Please help!
